What do you think? Is there any way to further lower the price without affecting the performance? Thanks!

This is what I would personally buy
here's a couple things...
here's a combo from newegg that uses the mobo & processor that you want & gives you the video card that you want, however it gives you $40 in mail in rebates +4 free games & $127 in savings.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1459485
Operating System: Windows 8.1 (blue) beta..
Why?..... It's free. so - $100.00

you want water cooling?.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103181 << cooler master seidon 240mm.. there's been tests that show that it performs as good, if not better than the corsair you have listed & it has a MIR that makes it $69.99. :) it's not as fancy looking, but who cares if it works well? :)
here's some memory that's cheaper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148540 crucial ballistix ddr3 1600... you don't notice much of a difference between 1600 & 1866.. and you can overclock the memory to get to 1866, if that's what you want to do. it's cheaper & won't affect your performance.
here's a wireless card that's cheaper & has 2, 6 dBi antennae instead of 3 2 dBi antennae.. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833166073
here's a 1TB HDD that is on sale (TODAY IS THE LAST DAY!) for $59.99 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840 they have a WD one somewhere on that website, too, if that's the brand you prefer & it's on sale for $59.99 as well.. up to you. i've had both & seagate's seem to last longer & don't get as hot as the WD ones i've had.. but a lot of people love WD, so it's a personal preference. do what you think is best.
this DVD burner is on sale (TODAY IS THE LAST DAY!) for $14.99. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106289 i don't see why you need to spend an extra $10?... that one will work the same.. :)
here's a $149.99 256 GB ssd: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211603 - that will increase performance. :)
as for the monitor & keyboard.. if that's what you want, then go for it. lol this one is on sale, if it appeals to you: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA0MC12B9813 it'd save you like $100. lol :)
you'd also save some money by going with the PSU that ragingh4vok picked out.
hope my suggestions helped. :) you could get an i5 system if you wanted to with your budget. just thought i'd point that out.
