BSOD errors

Hello,

I have just finished my new pc and I keep getting BSOD errors while doing anything.

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

QUOTA_UNDERFLOW

NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

I was reading online that some of these errors can be caused by faulty memory so I ran Memtest86 for 9 hours and it said test completed 48 tests passed with no errors.

Does this mean that memory is not the problem?

Any ideas what I should do next?

Did you try running with just a single Dimm of Ram at a time, see if any manage to play nice when alone? I'd also run a disk check. If you have a spare power supply, try it, also a quick SFC /SCANNOW couldn't hurt.
