BSOD error -- 0x3d -- Surface Pro 3 (Help x,x)

Hey guys,
Been getting BSOD on a Surface Pro 3 , Windows 8.1.

hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe are supposedly the causes but cant find solution.

Anyone that can help?? D:
