Broken USB Audio Port on SQ4780761

KVM Model:

4-Port KM Switch with USB 3.2 Gen 1 Mouse Roaming Function (USB Audio)

Problem:

The physical port for USB audio on my SQ4780761 has broken and is no longer able to hold onto a jack. Keeping the jack in place via other means results in crunchy audio if there is more than one source of audio on the selected PC.

Other Notes:

I’m not sure what my options are, so that’s why I have posted here. Is this something that should instead be handled via customer support?
