They're much more ... popish than you would probably like but they have some nasty heavy guitar riffs and they tune insanely low. I dont know what to classify them as. listen to evil angel, that songs pretty heavy.

I have known about breaking benjamin for a long time now, but ive never liked them at all. my friend used to listen to the song diary of jane, i freakin hated it. unless they have changed they are still not in my tastes.
Diary of Jane is fairly light.
Listen to Hopeless. You too Logan, thatll be more to your taste than some songs.
my main genre of music is heavy metal to death metal to melodic death metal but breaking benjamin has always been a favorite, not sure why.
Melodic Death Metal is one of my favourites too, but BB prosper always!
Used to listen to them...they're alright.
Didn't listen to the new album tho...don't think I will. I grew away from this genre.
