Does it matter what brand you choose for graphics cards, even though they have the same name, for example, MSI radeon 270x or Gigabyte radeon 270x?
have a nice day!

More often then not brand name comes down to how the company relates to its customers,
for example for video cards you could call me an evga fan boy. customer service is always of top shelf,
one time many years ago I tightened down a heat sink a little to much and cracked an evga motherboard, called them up and told them what I had done, the reply was "oh no problem well send you out a new one no charge"
another time I was putting a machine together for a friend, ordered an evga board it showed up and had 2 bent pins in the cpu socket, called them up and with no hassle they replaced it, now I use an asus motherboard personally but have read nothing but horror stories about their customer service, fortunately I have not had to experience it.
