Ok I am in Canada and we have two official languages and I mentioned this to an EA customer service rep online and he said that he was sure that a boxed copy of Titanfall that is listed as French should be able to be played in English in my situation. Now the thing is though he could not say this was 100% true and so I ask is there any fellow Canadian out there that has bought a French boxed copy and played it in English? Let me know if you have. I have found a good price on the game and have wanted it for some time but don't want to buy a French only version as my French isn't good enough to be able play it that way.
If it is the PC version of the game it runs through Origin and you get to pick the language when you install the game.
