I placed an order with BP for one of their 2TH/s units in January and they were actually pretty helpful with the payment process but that is where their help ended because they had my money. Now here I am, 6k poorer and three weeks past the ship date without so much as a response to my emails. Has anyone had a positive experience with them, like actually received their order? I first heard about them from their account here on the Tek Syndicate forums. I'm pissed and would like my money back but would prefer that I was wrong and BP just fumbled up my order, however I don't think I am. If you are on the market for a miner, please stick to the reputable brands like KNC and Cointerra.
