Hi all,
I've come across an issue when duel booting between my hackentosh partition and my windows partition. The system auto boots to the windows one and does not bring up the boot loader that is on the mac partition. Is there a way to make a boot-loader for windows 8.1 or to change the default boot order to the hackentosh? I have look into the windows admin tools and it is only showing the one OS on the system.

Thats sort of the crap thing about dual booting with newer versions of windows. It seems every couple of months a windows update will come out and rewrite the bootloader .
Ideally, you'd want to have your hackintosh setup on another drive... but you're gonna have to repair/reinstall the bootloader.

the issue is that the bootloader is on the mac partition and the system boots to the windows partition without showing me the mac bootlader. what im looking for is a bootloader that can run in windows or perhaps on a usb?
