I found out Blizzard is having a press conference at Gamescom:

I have no idea as to what the conference will be about. But it could be they show more Overwatch (Or give a release date with how much it will cost) or announce an expansion for Diablo III (There has to be one. Reaper of Souls ended with a Cliffhanger. I'm not joking on this one) or announce something for World of Warcraft or Warcraft IV (I can dream okay. I want this but I know it may never happen.)

Wait for Blizzcon, Gamescom is too "small" for them to be used as a publication spot. I believe they are there because Riot pulled back.
