A co-worker of mine asked me to build a PC for him. He has an OLD computer, and a few things that can be scavenged from it. Things like a fairly decent 850W PSU and few HDD's.
The purpose of the build is for 3d graphics design mainly, and for gaming as a side idea. The trick is it has to be around 400 bucks. Anyone have some good builds out there?
is the case re usable? can blender utilize open CL? then its worth going with an AMD gpu. But if you realy need nvidia, then its gonne be hard to fit it in a $400 budget. probably a GTX660 is the best to get then..
$400 is realy tight.
