I was cleaning my pc (custom build, no disc drive, using usb to boot to recovery) of malware, after I restarted there was no windows loading screen, just black screen.
I tried bootrec fixmbr fixboot and nothing. When i used scanos or rebuildbcd I get 0 windows installations.
Don't have any chance to boot to safe mode.
Used these guides to try and fix it with no success. I did managed to get the windows installation to show in scanos etc.

I have 3 hdds, one with 3 partitions (500gb windows, media, games) and two more just for music (500gb and 320gb)
One thing I noticed, the letters of the partitions changed when using diskpart list vol, for example my primary hdd (windows part) was letter C in windows and now it's letter D, which was the media partition. I don't know if this has anything to do with anything.
I don't want to fresh install.
