Black Screen r9 290 PCS+ Kraken G10

Hi recently i just purchased a corsair h55 along with a kraken g10 for my r9 290 pcs+, but im having issues when running either tera or valley benchmark. the screen goes black almost instantly after starting the bench and for tera it takes a while but eventually it goes black too, what could be the problem? Please someone help me I'd rather not rma this card again.

P.S I should also note that the gpu was running at like 55 and vrms about 45 and it still ended up black screening

Also earlier i was eating dinner and when i came back the screen was black, no games were running

were you getting it before you placed kraken g10 on it?

unless you have derped memory somewhere and its heating up

got it to work properly i just started all over with the pasting and re-positioning of the bracket
