When I try to monitor capture with OBS its black but I can see the cursor!
Sounds like you are telling the machine to record but it doesn't know what to record. You need to give it a source at least thats what its called in linux, I think it's called a scene in the windows edition
If you are doing a monitor capture, do you have more than one GPU &/OR Integrated Graphics on the CPU?
make sure your games are in windows borderless mode otherwise obs will not capture any video feed. i've had to solve this issue myself and this is the best case solution.
naahh I reinstalled OBS and it worked so idk what the problem was. hmm
naah I had it on monitor capture and I went onto desktop and it wasnt doing anything just black with my cursor.
