Ok where to start, sometimes my desktop doesn't load startup programs upon logging in, for instance, i can't access any programs (unresponsive) and the wireless doesn't load, and mouse and key board utilities don't load up at all, this requires me to Crtl Alt Del and logging off and back on to get it working properly.
this happens maybe 2/10 times I load up, it is really becoming frustrating, I was wondering in what could cause this, sometimes. my rig is a 3570k with an Asrock extreme 4 with a samsung 830 60gb ssd as my boot drive (i had my suspicions it might be the ssd) but i can't tell, maybe a software issue, my copy of windows refuses to do a system repair off the oem disk.
