Bitlocker enabled itself after cloning drive?

I cloned a drive that didnt have bitlocker, but when I put it in the new system I am getting bitlocker recovery screen.

If the old system was logged in to Microsoft account at some point, they may have decided to enable BitLocker to help you out. There is a backdoor if that is the case, https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey.
