Bitfenix Prodigy

I'm gonna be building a m-itx rig soon and I just wanted to see if anybody knew if an asus gtx 680 directcu ii would fit in the case.

The asus gtx 680 directcu ii is about 300 mm long. The bitfenix prodigy can fit graphics cards up to 310 mm.

But to achieve that 310 mm length you must remove the upper hard drives cage leaving you with only two slots for hard drives or SSDs.

oh ok thanks I'm fine with that I was gonna put ssd's behing the power supply the way Logan shows on his review of the prodigy.

You would have to get this one:

The prodigy only has 2 slots. That is the only ASUS GTX 680 that has 2 slots.

If you don't want to spend the extra $100 for the 4GB 680, go with this 2GB 680 by MSI.  And yes it is only 2 slots.
