PCPartPicker's compatibility filter seems to think so, so I would say yes.

Phenom M max cpu cooler height supported - 160mm, Cryorig H5 = 160mm.
Other makes to look at in the same price range are Prolimatech, Phanteks & maybe a few of the beQuiet range.
