BIOS doesn't support boot device?

I have a western digital mechanical hdd and a cd drive plugged in via sata6gb cables and the bios is saying, "The current BIOS setting does not fully support the boot device."

 

then in yellow text it states, "go to advanced > CSM Parameters, and adjust the CSM settings to enable the boot device."

Ive went in there and tried switching around everything to no avail. And when I go into sata config, it says none of the sata6g are present. 

 

Thoughts?

Does it see the CD drive and HDD? If not, make sure you have all your power cables as well as your sata cables connected to them.
