Better Pc for $400?

I have a really strict budget of ~$400 and after researching have decided on these parts:

Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75M-DGS FM2 - $55

CPU: AMD A10-5800K Trinity 3.8GHz Socket FM2 100W Quad-Core Desktop APU - $130

Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory - $43

PSU: CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 430W - $50

Case: BitFenix Prodigy Arctic White / White Steel / Plastic Mini-ITX Tower Computer Case - $80

HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST500DM002 500GB 7200 RPM - $60

CD/DVD: OS: Windows 8 home 64bit - $100

Monitor:ASUS VS Series VS198D-P Black 19" 5ms LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor - $100

Total: $418 ($618 with OS and monitor)

(prices from Newegg)

I think it's the best I can get for $400, but I don't know if it's worth it to spend the extra $20 on the A10-6800k that just came out. I know I should spend less on the chassis but I really like how the Prodigy looks. Any suggestions to make it cheaper?

That motherboard will not fit in the M-ITX case you picked (the mobo is M-ATX its bigger than M-ITX)

i would get a better psu due to the fact that there is very little head room to upgrade

you could probably get a good NZXT case for a lot less that 80

What about this:

ASRock FM2A85X-ITX FM2 AMD A85X (Hudson D4) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Mini ITX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Sorry I'm new to this.

This is what I'd consider (especially if gaming is your priority):
