I'm trying to decided on a motherboard foor my build and i can't decided which one. My choices are the ASUD M5A97 R2.0 970 or the AsRock 970 extreme4. Help is appreicated.
Also I forgot to add i am overclocking.
The Asus M5A97 R2.0 is better then the Asrock.

Asrock 970 Extreme 4 4+1 power phase.
but its depending on wich CPU you gonne use at the board, and how far you want to oc it. with 95W tdp cpu´s like the FX4300/FX6300 you will be fine withthe Asus M5A97 R2.0, if you want to oc the hell out of a 125 W tdp cpu like FX8320/FX8350 then you need a better motherboard. like the Asus M5A97 evo r2.0 with 6+2 power phase or the Asus M5A99FX pro R2.0 with 6+2 power phase or better ofc. like the sabbertooth 8+2 power phase or the Asrock extreme 9 12+2 power phase, or the Asus RoG
but pure between those 2 boards, technical, the Asus M5A97 r2.0 is a better board.
