Best Wireless Gaming Headset (also for iphone)

Ok so I want to upgrade my old Turrlebitches X11 to something wireless but I can also connect to my iPhone (via bluetooth or whatevea) but I want the mic to be detachable. Dont really care how good it sound because I am willing to spend about $100 or so. So the quality will be good. Any suggestions?

Yeah... good luck with that.

You will not find a wireless headset that sounds good for ~$100. TurtleBeach is actually one of the only places I can seem to find a wireless headset for under $100, though I never have been a fan of their gear as far as sound quality goes. So, here is a list of some options:

Turtle Beach PX3 - $99

Astro Gaming A50 - $299

Razer Chimaera - $129

 Sennheiser MM 400-X - $215

I wouldn't bet on the Turtle Beach set sounding good, but they are the cheapest. The Razer Chimaera that I listened to was....ok? Not bad for the price, but definitely not for someone who wants high fidelity. It may be the best bargain though. The Sennheiser MM 400-X that I heard sounded pretty good, works over BluTooth or wired, and has no visible mic, so it is probably the closest thing to what you are looking for. Astro has a good reputation for making good sounding stuff, and the A50's look promising, though may not be exactly what you are looking for, and are very expensive.

I've heard good things about the Corsair Vengeance 2100 - not great sound, but the wireless tech is top notch with few drops.

I just don't see how OP's gonna get a wireless headset for both PC and iPhone, however.

Ok so I literally just broke my X11 and I dont have the $250 for a new one but around $50 to $140 for just a wireless headset or anything good for gaming but would really like wireless. So any suggestions.

You can get a sony pulse headset for around 70$ if you try hard enough.

I would strongly recommend a pair of bluetooth headphones. There are some good ones out there

You can get nice headphones for that money. As an audio-appreciator, I'm not going to recommend any gaming headset when you can get better sound (microphones are cheap). My one exception, IF you're in the US would be the Sennheiser PC 360, though it is currently $20 out of your budget. The only reason for that is it uses the same drivers as the HD 558, and is not ridiculously overpriced for now.

Sorry, not wireless, but that Corsair I mentioned above would be what I'd get if I really wanted wireless

I suggest headphones with a really long cable. Wireless headphones don't sound good, especially cheap ones.
