http://slickdeals.net/ is what I use for pretty much anything. They have some good pc part deals on there too. It relies on the community, so the forums will have the thread first, then when mods get to it, they'll put it on the mainpage which takes a while.
This site actually pulls the prices and discounts straight from the site in real time.
It is not just a deal website you acutally browse and pick the parts from categories and it shows you the cheapest place to buy them from or you can tell it was sites you will accept.
