Best way to test Random RAM problem?

HI who ever is reading this,

I been running into a problem where my Unraid server randomly freezes, but only after a few days to a week. The last time it did that it recover, but the hardware log told me something wrong about the RAM, so I though that my OC on the RAM cause the error. I put the RAM back to stock, but the error still happens, so for now I pun in gskill 3200 cl14 that was in my Desktop into the server.

I was wondering what is the best way the test for RAM for the problem?

THank you for reading,
River

Thank you,
I will give that a try

If you have something like an XMP enabled, turn it off.

If your BIOS have a “stable” preset for RAM, have that enabled as well (as opposed to performance or turbo).

superpi 30m test will stress most mem configs.
as it uses checksums it will eather throw an error or lock up the system if the memory is bad.
pros: i found it just as effective as diagnosing ram stability.
its way quicker than mem test.
cons: it doesnt tell you why the ram crashed just shows that its unstable.

Here is what I tested so far and the config of the server.
I ran memtest86 4 pass with no errors, I am now running memtest86+ until something happen, but I will try superpi next if nothing happen.
I am not running this on the server.

The server is an Amd R7 2700x, with one 16gb ddr4 2666 ECC, 8gb 2400 ECC, gigabyte x470 gaming 7 wifi (63c), GTX 1650, and a SAS card.
