People of Tek Syndicate please help. I need advice on how to get my Windows 7 ( installed freshly on my new system this morning from a legit home edition disk I bought a few years ago) upgraded to Windows 10. I absolutely cannot find the case hence I cannot find the product key and license it.
So how do I, in the least expensive manner, upgrade to Windows 10?
Download the windows10 media creation tool. In it download the ISO by choosing upgrade another pc. Then extract the iso using 7zip if you want or whatever and put it on a usb. Run the installer from the usb and pick upgrade this pc. You don't need the licence in that case. And if you do there is a few licence grabber tools that show you the licence.

I know some people prefer to only buy retail copies, but you're looking for a cheap way into a legitimate Windows 10 then this is a good option.
I've heard a lot about kinguin, major praises and huge no-go's alike. All I care about is that I can get windows updates and have full service with the product in a reliable manner, is it safe to buy from there?
You always take a bit of a risk buying from sites like that.

If you do this before 28 of July, you gane ones more install windows 7 and activate it. Then you google windows 10 upgrade and install the program manually on your systen to upgrade it. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR DATA CAB IF YOU HAVE ONE ON YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION! Dont do an fresh install because you need to upgrade the windows 7 key to an 10 one.
After 28 of July when upgrading supposedly isn't free anymore. Thebe are cheaps keys on sites like g2a.com:

False, you don't have to wait for the windows update crap, just run the windows10 setup from the iso.
And you can use your win7 key right away if you clean install:)

Working with it on my laptop and Remote System on Windows 10, still no problems like the early days. This because of my Windows network with AD an Hyper-V on my laptop (loving it with an home server cluster!). But if the game support was better and I had some time to recreate my network in linux I would deffinitly do it! And maybe an combo with some an Apple iMac or MacBook for the hardware, that would be awesome!

your win7 key will keep working.
