I'm looking for the best water cooling unit, this is going to be my first time doing water, so what's a good, beginner status water cooler. I'm running a Xeon e3 1230 v3. The Temps only really Raise to the high 60°s when I render but I would like the coolest build and quitest I can get. Thanks guys.

The new DeepCool units are pretty cheap and perform ok (240 and 120 variants here in oz). You could get pretty much any aio cooler - h60, h70, seidon etc just either scale the fans back to 7v /5v or use high quality silent nocuta fans. Wont take much to keep your xeon cool.
