Look a little further and you will find that the problem with the paste scratching CPUs is a rare problem and there has been only a few "legitimate" cases. Plus innovation cooling's website has more documentation than any other thermal paste I know.
They did a benchmark test I read once with toothpaste and it was only 10c higher than arctic silver 5 lol

Rare? My friend destroyed his supreme HF with ic diamond, their lots I seen lots of forum posts about this.
