Best sub 150 dollar monitor?

Anyone know of a sub 150 dollar monitor that would be good for gaming? 

 

It would be a plus if it had speakers too.

Oh, and do yourself a favor by investing in some proper audio gear. Audio equipment doesn't go out of date nearly as quick as Video does. Garage/Yard Sales and Unlcaimed Baggage my friend.

Any cheap audio cards and/or speakers you would recommend???

I'm not very farmiliar with speakers, but as far as Audio Cards go, Creative has the EAX cards(feature, not a brand or type) which are good for gaming. Asus has their Xonar line which are good for straight up audio quality, and Auzentech has something for about every feature at every budget.
