Maybe in the very low section of $25 USD but Just cause 2 is a ton of fun and since it quite often is on 75% sale it is a steal for many hours of fun.

When I looked through my collection, F1 2012 is the Steam game I still play the most. I race each track before I watch F1 on TV. Plus, I attended the 1st Formula 1 race at the Circuit of the America's in Austin, TX in 2012 - That's why I don't upgrade.
I keep coming back to TF2.
