Hey So I am just wondering what the best thing for under 50 bucks is, I especially want minimum to NO STATIC, otherwise i would like a subwoofer aswell, i was looking at the z323 by logitech but wanted to do more research before i bought it, Btw i do not have a sound card so yeah that might make a difference in what is avalable thanks in advanced.

I would buy some actuall speakers, not computer speakers. I've used this setup for many of my clients, and all of them really like the setup. it pushes your budget a little, but well worth it. Just get a good, quality wire to go from your computer to the amp. The B562's go on sale fairly often on Parts-express.com.... I got them for 25 bucks.
