im looking for best ram for price preferably      2133+, at 8 gb, and an ok to great latency

it needs to fit a red black theme because reds my favorite color

Any RAM that fits the color scheme will do. For 2133 Mhz, CAS 9 is kind of the price/performance sweetspot.

Try Mushkin Redline, GSkill Sniper or Corsair Vengeance Pro. They are all between 85 and 99 $ for 2x4Gb
