I thought of some of the corsair's, it doesnt have to be modular. Like the
Corsair GS 800, 800W
But i don't know if its that quiet as Corsair says for themselves.
Any ideas? I don't want to spend over 120euros/154 dollars.

I think pretty much all PSUs that have an 8 pin connector (assuming you are talking about the PCIe one) also have a 6 pins connector, the 8 pins connector is really a 6 + 2 pins connector (just like the 24 pins mobo connector is really a 20 + 4 connector).
So you shouldn't have to worry about that at all. If you want to go really quiet you could go for one of seasonic's fanless PSUs but they don't go higher than 500w if I recall correctly. Also if you are getting a PSU always go for a fully modular PSU because you will save money when you want to upgrade to a new rig because you will be able to reuse your PSU even if the cables are too short for the case because you can just buy some longer cables.

You could get one of the Seasonic PSUs with the hybrid fan that only turns on at 50% load
I need a couple of examples. Im not the best yet when it comes to knowing about this kind of hardware.
i have the OCZ ZT series 750w. No issues
for 150$ id suggest a Seasonic X750, a NZXT hale 90 750, or an XFX xxx edition 850.
