Best Possible £400 system

I really want to make a gaming system but I've got a really tight budget (£400) I can supply a hard drive and optical drive myself but will need to buy everything else (including OS). Can you please help because I don't know what's the best value for my money.

Yes, pretty much. You can try tweaking it here and there since there is 19GBP to play around with.

But overall, any small amount of tweaking won't make the rig any faster at this price point.
