Whats the best point and shoot camera for under 50 U.S dollars? Is 20 mega pixels good for hobby photography?
I would hit up some pawn shops and craigslist to see what you can find. You money will go much further there. At this point phone perform nearly as well as lower end cameras.
megapixels do not matter.
look for aperture (lower number is better)
A bit over budget, but maybe you can find a used one...Shoots 720p video aswell.
Just look for used ones on amazon.
