HTML5, CSS3, any good you-tubers?
If you're willing to pay, lynda.com has some really good stuff on pretty much anything. You can look around a bit and see what they have before you pay though.
It really depends on your skill level. If you are just starting out, mybringback on youtube has a nice series he just started. Otherwise, I would also recommend the Mozilla Developer Network https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/ or some of the videos on Microsoft Virtual Academy http://www.microsoftvirtualacademy.com/
Lynda.com is really good but its like $25 a month. It IS worth it if you plan on spending more than like 4 hours a week learning. If not, then code academy is good, and there are several other free sites you can google around. The new boston is really good on youtube. And if you're just curious you can also create a StumbleUpon account and add web development, php, and those types of things to your 'interests' and that will just randomly drop you on related websites.
Heard this is good, but haven't used it myself:
http://www.codecademy.com
I would agree with most of what you said, but thenewboston arguably teaches you a lot of bad habits, so usually avoid suggesting him.
Thanks everyone
I personally was self-taught and just used W3schools (http://www.w3schools.com/) and it worked wonders. Try looking at the source code of other websites to get ideas as well (right click in chrome, view page source). Best of luck!
