Totally random find. This kid has all the enthusiasm and hard work I had back when I cared. I do smile watching him go. One day a women and problems for now all fun and games. I do like his attitude to learning, that is respectable.

Is freaking amazing. Little to no talking, just cooking in very interesting ways. Still trying to figure out where that giant mortar and pestle come from.
And they’re apparently now filming in 4k so the food looks even more friggin delicious. They also have an owl named Mr. Ramsey who appears occasionally.

+1 for Kurzgesagt. The videos on that channel are made by real scientists I would imagine. Because the quality is just amazing but that channel gets $35 000 per month on patreon. So they are doing really well.
I think they are german, but their german audience is much smaller.

Speaking of mindless entertainment, TheHoonigans! I never fail a day to watch these dudes, like somebody said back when they started daily transmission, its kind of a Haggard Garage with cool people.

Thank you all for your wonderful contributions. I have come to love so many of these awesome YT channels due to your sharing here.
That being said, I just got a new server and will be de-googling myself. I was wondering if any of you have any good recommendations for Youtube alternatives? I know a few of these channels have some channels on other platforms, but i’m seeking more ethical platforms.

I like this guy:
He’s pretty honest when it comes to testing stuff and is not all popular retarded like other channels. He gets out there in the sticks and does stuff.

Fairly recent discovery, reviews mainly retro games and hardware. The vast majority of her videos are absolutely hilarious.

Tifo Football - awesome channel for soccer/futbol/football fans. Their tactics series is great.
Day9TV - I’m sure a lot of folks are familiar with Day9. The ‘Mostly Walking’ series where he and 2 friends play through old point-and-click adventure games is the highlight of his channel imo. Since they are all game devs, it is fun listening to their commentary about certain mechanics, etc.
DanielTaranger - channel of prog trance producer, Naden, who has been creating some of the best prog trance out there for years.
Kevin Nealon - channel of comedian/actor, Kevin Nealon. His ‘Hiking with Kevin’ series is a fun original idea where he chats with various comics/celebrities while hiking.
Holy Parish of Doom - music channel for Stoner/Doom/Sludge metal that posts pre and post release new content.
666MrDoom - another Stoner/Doom/Sludge metal channel
