Best MOBO for my parts? Never bought a MOBO before

So, I've never bought a motherboard before >.> I know, sue me. I can't find any that I can trust to hold all of my hardware. Here is what I'm putting on it:

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233144

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727 With stock cooler

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161426

and I plan to put it in this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153

The motherboard that I am currently looking at is this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157323#top Logan mentioned it in one of the PC build videos, I'm just not sure I will be able to get everything on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and please keep it under $85 if possible.

All of that will work but understand that if you don't overclock that ram will default to 1333mhz as that is the native setting for the motherboard.

well, it depends on what you want. I myself use this one:

but that's a bit above your price range, although it frequently goes on sale, but, if you don't plan on using dual gpu, an awesome one would be this one:

its in your price range, and my last board was asrock. They're a great brand and i haven't had a bad experience with them.

you will also NEED an atx case if you do not have one by the time you have this board, because it is an atx board.
