Best mITX X570 Motherboard?

Hello all,

I was able to grab a 3900X on NewEgg today using nowinstock (been waiting for a month). However, the Gigabyte X570 AORUS Wifi Mini ITX is sold out at the moment. The only other option is the ASRock Phantom X570 miniITX which offers Thunderbolt 3

The gigabyte has 2 M4 PCI4 slots which are nice compared to 1 on the ASRock.

The difference is $220 for the gigabyte and $240 for the Asrock. I don’t use thunderbolt. Can anyone offer their knowledge which one is better?

Just looking through the specs I’d say just get whichever one has the slots/ports you think you’d use, they are pretty close overall.

If you are into overclocking the VRMs probably wouldn’t show much of a difference since the ASRock has a doubled 4-phase for an 8+2 layout whereas the Gigabyte has a true 6+2.

For integrated stuff they both have an Intel NIC, WiFi 6, Realtek ALC1220 audio, four SATA ports, and USB 3.2 Gen ports.
