Best Kodi player

Hello could someone set me right on the best and cheapest Kodi player?

I was considering just using the open ELEC on the Raspberry Pi. Any better Suggestions?

Thank you for the recommendation, it's a little pricey in Canada where I'm buying, Have had any experience with the Raspberry Pi?

The new RasPI should be more than capable for Kodi...That is what we have here also for our projector.

Yeah its fairly cheap to get it all setup also, I figure under $70 US to get a ethernet cable, usb, case , HDMI, power supply and remote? You think I'm missing anything?

I think yeah that is pretty much it. Plus an SD card to boot kodi on.
A typical micro USB power supply is more than enough so you might already have one that works.
Also you do not need a remote if you have a smartphone or tablet. The mobile remote apps work very well.
