While checking that out I found the 4460 for ~twenty more dollars. Worth it or no?
It is your call. They are the same except for clock speed. The 4460 is only 100mhz faster.

For reals though, a x5650 overclocked looks to have better single core and multiple core performance than the 4th gen locked i5's from what I have been able to tell. Waiting to get my Noctua CPU cooler to test out what mine can really do.
You do know that ">" means greater than... Therefore you're asking which i5 processor performs the best for OVER $200.....

see if their is a cheep processor on sale on the forums. they pop up occasionally. also what socket? 1150 im guessing?
that xeon does not have better ipc then an haswell i5
for $200 an 8350 makes the most sense
