Best/Highest Capacity HDD for >$70

Hiya!

I'm interested in buying a new HDD mostly to record videos to.  I would like it to be at least 1tb and be realiable.  Thanks a lot and if this is too much to ask for then just tell me :D

Normally, I hate Seagate for reliability. I often recommend the WD Caviar Blue in the place of the Barracuda.

However, if you're happy to spend around $70 on a HDD, Seagate's SV35 is hard to beat for reliability. They use these drives to record CCTV and that means the drive has to run all day. So it seems perfect for your video recording needs.
