Well, you're comparing a ghz edition to a non- ghz edition to start. The Vapor-x is a little bit more expensive and both provide great cooling. The Vapor-x is clocked at 1ghz compared to the 925mhz of the asus. Sapphire is the biggest partner of amd, and they make very high quality products. I would recommend the Vapor-x.
