I am looking for a graphics card to use for some beta testing games. The one is asking for a GTX 670 or Radeon HD 7950 or better (>1GB Video RAM). I am on a budget of $150 (Maybe a bit more). Any suggestions? Thanks.
Well you very likely won't find either of those for 150 or less.
7850s might go that low if you catch one on sale.

yeah a 7850 2GB new will be the best you could find arround that price point, you could try to find used GTX670 if you are lucky.
GTX 560 Ti is my choice for that price.
