Best graphics card for under $110

I have a $650 budget. And with all that i'm getting i have $109 left. I don't care if its AMD or Nvidia. I just need some help.

go to ebay and search around. It might take awhile to win an auction but you'll be getting the best value for money

what is this being used for? if it's gaming you put way too much into cpu over gpu, if it's for productivity we need to know if you need open cl/cuda/open gl

Its going to be for gaming, video editing, photo editing, and basic computing.
