Best graphics card for the money?

I currently have a GTS 450, while under heavy load it goes to around 74 degrees Celsius, some say it's normal but my older graphics card didn't see above 65. Not sure if its the card or maybe just bad ventilation in the case, but I was looking to upgrade anyways, so any suggestions?

What's your PSU, and your budget?

Its a 750W Zephyr, can't remember exact model number but it's got plenty of power. The max I would be willing to spend is 180-200

Best graphics card? Dual: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131479 Single: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121724 Reasonable priced: Any 7970 or 680 Lower priced: 7950/7870 Or 660ti/660

250$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125418 200$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102999 NVIDIA 200$: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121660

For that money, I would go with either an http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-mini-Displayport-PCI-Express-Graphic-GV-R785OC-2GD/dp/B007PJTNYS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367276251&sr=8-1&keywords=7850

or an http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GTX650-GDDR5-2GB-Graphics-GV-N65TBOC-2GD/dp/B00C12M9CM/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1367276380&sr=1-3&keywords=650+ti+boost

I was thinking about picking up two of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121642 but I constantly got nagged it's better to get one high end card than two lowish medium end cards.

Crossfire is sometimes not that good. Dont get me wrong its awesome when it doesnt glitch. In crossfire it doesnt double the power, It only increases by about 30%. I would always reccomend a 7870 or something over two 7770s its a better choice, less power, Better preformance!

get a 7950 or a 660ti they are awsome
