ok i have a GTX 550 Ti with my FX 4100, i want an upgrade and i was wondering whats ht ebest gpu to get with my FX 4100 without bottlenecking.

First of all whats your buget because if your buget is like a 690 buget then who cares about bottlenecking 

second of all anything up to a 670 I would say would not bottleneck.
