Best GPU on Ebay for 100ish usd

Hey guys i was helping put a friend who is kind of poor upgrade his pc. its a core 2 duo @3ghz, 8gb of ram,9800gt with 512MB RAM, and other low end parts. We are getting a q6600 and i was thinking about getting him a GTX 660 his psu is ok for back in the day (350 watt antek i think). i was thinking a GTX 660 because of the lower power requirements and that it runs pretty cheep on ebay.

PSU does not have any PCIe power on it, currently using a 2 molex to 6pin PCIe power. More 2 more molex are unused.

Anyone else recommend anything else? 750Ti maybe?

Could you link psu spec ? the power of 12 volt rail matters, some companies tend to give misleading info about PSUs, you can buy a cheap psu marketed as 500W but only half of power is dedicated to 12 volt rail. so effectively you get half of needed power.If psu has more then one 12 volt rail then things get even more complicated.
