Best GPU for my PC in a 150 euro budget

My PC: 

 

AMD Phenom II X4 945 at 3.0 GHz

ASUS M5A99X Motherboard

ATI Sapphire 5770 Flex Edition

MS-TECH MS-N750-VAL 750 watt powersupply

1333 mhz Kingston RAM 8GB

Samsung 840 EVO SSD 120 GB 


I'm upgrading from a 5770. What GPU Should I be looking for for around 120-150 euros? I don't play Crysis 3 or Battlefield 4 or the very latest games. This is mostly for unmodded Skyrim on Ultra with the HD Textures on Steam. :)

try to get an R7 265,it's around 15% more performant than the 750TI for the same price,and if you are lucky,you can also get a 7870 on ebay pretty much new for cheaper prices,and bare in mind that it is much more performant than the 750 and the R7,you can't get more performance for this price.
