Looks pretty solid to me.  Just a couple things to think about:

RAM: Kingston HyperX Predator 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory.  IF you ever want  to upgrade later(16GB is super overkill for gaming, good for editing), mixing and matching kits, even with the same model number, may not work with clock speeds of over 1600mhz.  The higher the clock speed, the more likely the kits will not work well with each other.

PSU: Rosewill Lightning 800W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply.  Pretty!  If you're only planning to use one GPU, you can get by with a 80+B or higher rated 550W PSU.  If using 2 780s in SLI, a 700-750W sli will do.

KB: ROCCAT ISKU Wired Gaming Keyboard.  Not mechanical.  If you're going to spend 85 dollars on a keyboard, I think it'd be a lot better to get a Cherry-MX switched mechanical keyboard.
