The new Doom soundtrack was good.
I also really like the Elder Scrolls and World of Warcraft soundtracks. They may be "generic" fantasy music, but the themes are memorable.
Halo had a good soundtrack.
Sonic 2...and just generally the original 4 (or 5 if you count S3&K as two) Sonic games....Even the Sonic Adventure games had pretty decent music when it had the electronic edge and wasn't pure rock.
Anyways, those are the ones that just really stand out to me.

Doom and Quake are high up on my list, but that is partly because of nostalgia reasons.
World of Warcraft .... probably the only game music I have never shut off. Well ok there may be others but ...
